The Journey of Ideas Podcast is a personal exploration of philosophy by the creator of the YouTube channel Einzelgänger. Together, we embark on a long journey, beginning with the pre-Socratic philosophers and gradually moving toward the present. Along the way, we examine philosophical ideas and consider what they may reveal about our own lives.
About the author
My name is Stefan. I have been writing essays for over a decade, previously contributing to magazines and newspapers on topics related to religion and worldview. As my interest in philosophy grew, I founded Einzelgänger in 2018 to explore philosophical ideas and their relevance to modern existence.
While I do not work in academia or have formal training in philosophy, my background includes a BA in Social Work and an MA in Theology and Religious Studies. During my studies, I was trained in academic writing, textual interpretation, research, and the study of diverse worldviews and existential questions.
Over the years, I have developed extensive experience in content creation, producing written and video essays, and publishing six books. Journey of Ideas I consider a lifelong project: an ongoing, careful exploration of philosophy to deepen my understanding and create thoughtful, high-quality work.
